How do I register to vote?
You may register to vote in the Circuit Clerk's office which is located in the Justice Center in Brandon or register by downloading Voter Registration Appication and following the directions.
During primaries, must I vote my party?
Yes.

How do I obtain a marriage license?

There is a $21 cash fee.  Additionally, both parties must be over the age of 21, must provide proof of age, must provide blood test results, which are not more than 30 days old, and must comply with a 3-day waiting period after application is made. If either party has been married before, the complete day of divorce or death must be given. For additional information, call the Circuit Clerk's office at 601-825-1466.
