The mission of a District Attorney is to insure that our legal system effectively protects each of us, our families and our communities from crime, delinquency, abuse, and other threats to the peace and safety of society, and to provide effective representation of county officers.

Each Circuit Court district elects a District Attorney to prosecute criminal cases in Circuit Courts. The 20th District comprises both Rankin and Madison counties.

The District Attorney represents Rankin and Madison Counties in the Circuit Courts.
