What is the process for becoming a Vendor?

Vendors seeking to sell equipment, heavy equipment, machinery, supplies, commodities, materials, and services to Rankin County should first contact the Purchasing Department instead of the office or department that will be the end user of their product or service. This process will help to ensure that the Vendor has a complete understanding of the pertinent state purchasing laws as well as Rankin County's purchasing policies.
