How do I get a copy of a Bid Specification?

Bid Specifications will be placed in the Online Services menu. You may also call our office and we will be glad to mail you a copy.

What is the process for becoming a Vendor?
You can contact our offices at 601-825-9601 or email us at bherring@rankincounty.org. Vendors seeking to sell equipment, heavy equipment, machinery, supplies, commodities, materials, and services to Rankin County should first contact the Purchasing Department instead of the office or department that will be the end user of their product or service. This process will help to ensure that the Vendor has a complete understanding of the pertinent state purchasing laws as well as Rankin County's purchasing policies.
