The Database may be searched by PPIN, Parcel Number, Owner's Name, or Street Address of the property.
Search by Name: Type all search phrases in CAPS letters. Enter all
or part of the name search phrase. Then click the "Submit" button.
Results will be sorted by name. Click "view" on the record to see
the detailed view.
Search by Street Name: Enter all or part of the street name in CAPS letters. Abbreviations such as ST for Street, DR for Drive, LN for lane do not use any punctuation after the abbreviations. An example would be " Somewhere Ln." If you do not know the complete address, then simply enter part or the complete street name. Be aware that this will return more results and you may have to look through several pages of results, to find the record you wish to view. Once you find the record you want to view, click "view" to the right of the record to see the detailed record.
Search by PPIN: This is the easiest way to search the database. If you know the PPIN then enter the PPIN and click "search." You may also enter part of the PPIN number but it will return more results. Once you find the record you want to view, click "view" to the right of the record to see the detailed record.
Search by Parcel Number: This can be a difficult way to search the
database because the Parcel Numbers are so long. If you know the complete
Parcel Number such as "H09A 000001 00100," then enter it. You can
also enter part of the number but try and make it as unique as possible to
limit the number of results. Example: Use "H09A" instead of "001"
because a search of "001" will return thousands of results, and
a search of "H09A" will only return a couple hundred of results.
Once you find the record you want to view, click "view" to the right
of the record to see the detailed record.
The LandRoll search feature is currently off line. We hope to have it available as soon as possible.
