Payment Plans

In order to make a payment plan, you must appear before a Judge on the Court date given at the bottom of the ticket.

If your license is suspended for failure to appear/pay through the Justice Court, contact our office for the proper amount you owe. Mail in your money mail in your money order or cashier’s check with a copy of your citation or driver license information to P.O. 71 Brandon, MS 39043. Please include a self addressed stamped envelope so that the court may mail you the necessary documentation you must present to your licensing state for reinstatement of your driving privileges.
