Our Hours

• The Sheriffs Department operates twenty-four hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 day a year. The administrative offices are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except for State Holidays. This includes Administration, Court Services, Investigations, Juvenile Investigations etc. If you need assistance after hours or weekends just call 601-825-1480 and an officer will come to your residence or meet you at the Sheriffs Department.

Our Location

• The Rankin County Sheriff’s Office is located at 221 North Timber Street in Brandon, MS. The Sheriffs Office and Detention Center are located directly behind the Rankin County Justice Center on U.S. Highway 80.

Jail Entrance

• Come to the Sheriff's Department Entrance and see the Jail Information officer.

Parking

• When coming to the Sheriff’s Office or Detention Center, parking for the public is located on the east side of the Sheriff's Office behind the Rankin County Annex Building.
