Rankin County Solid Waste Department

The Rankin County Solid Waste Department was formed in December, 1992. The County contracts with a garbage disposal service to pick up garbage for the citizens of our county. Our department mails invoices quarterly for this service. We post payments to accounts received either by mail or walk-in customers.

The ONLY days that Waste Management will not pick up are:

Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
New Years Day
