Fees

County Residents - You must provide proof of residency.

County Residents may rent this facility for $150 per day. The refundable security deposit for County Residents is $200.

The Non-County Residents fee is $500 for all day use. Refundable security deposit for Non-County Residents is $250.

Checks are the only acceptable form of payment for security deposits. Checks, money orders, or cash is accepted for the rental fee. Separate payments (one for deposit and one for rental fee) are required. Deposit checks are required in order to book the facility and must be made payable to Rankin County and should be mailed or delivered to the Board of Supervisors, 211 E. Government St., Suite A, Brandon, MS  39042.

The deposit protects the first $200 of policy violations or building damage. Any additional violations or damages will be at the expense of the Renter. Deposit will be refunded  after  facility has been inspected and found in satisfactory condition. Reservoir Fire Department representatives will make inspection of the premise. If use ends after 5:00 p.m., the inspection will take place on the following business day.
