The Rankin County Justice Court Criminal Department consists of five deputy clerks.

We accept cashier's checks, money orders or you may pay online at www.rankincotix.com.

 

Paying Traffic Citations

Contact our office for the amount you owe. Mail in your money order or cashier’s check, along with a copy of your citation to P.O. Box 71 Brandon, MS 39043

Payment Plans

In order to make a payment plan, you must appear before a Judge on the Court date given at the bottom of the ticket.

To find out about a court date or request a hearing, please contact our office. Make sure the court has your correct address.

If your license is suspended for failure to appear/pay through the Justice Court, contact our office for the proper amount you owe. Mail in your money mail in your money order or cashier’s check with a copy of your citation or driver license information to P.O. 71 Brandon, MS 39043. Please include a self addressed stamped envelope so that the court may mail you the necessary documentation you must present to your licensing state for reinstatement of your driving privileges.
